Materials bone marrow biopsy
Stain Hematoxylin eosin (HE)
Microscopic findings Bone marrow hyperplasia was observed in HE staining in the bone marrow biopsy. Normal hematopoiesis is suppressed significantly, abnormal cells of large with a remarkable nucleolus and a round nucleus are proliferate to diffuse.
