Materials bone marrow biopsy
Stain immuno chemical
Microscopic findings EMA showed positive in the immunostaining of bone marrow.IgG, p53-protein, MIB-1L1 showed positive in another. CD3, CD20, CD79a, CD56, IgA, IgM, k chain showed negative. This case was diagnosed as plasma cell myeloma (plasmablast type).
