Microscopic findings	In the periodic acid Schiff staining, the blast cells exhibited spots of strong positivity, so we suspected the lymphatic system. The finely granular positivity in the 5-o’clock position is also observed in the myeloid series, so it is better not to emphasize it as being of the lymphoid series. 【PAS.1000×】
