Was pointed out a leukocytosis (15,600/μl) in the medical examination of a year ago, but he did not scrutiny. He was aware of the lower leg edema and general malaise than two months ago. Were pointed out (185,000/μl) marked increase of white blood cells in the medical examination of a week ago, he was admitted after being referred to our department.
Hepatosplenomegaly, bilateral inguinal lymph node swelling, lower limb edema.
