| Chief Complaint | Atypical genital bleeding and pancytopenia. |
| Past history | However mild pancytopenia was found, and she received no follow-up care. |
| Present history | She has had fatigue for one month and menstrual bleeding continued for ten days. She visited a gynecologist but no abnormality was found. She saw her family doctor because of pancytopenia and was referred to this hospital and was admitted with the suspicion of acute leukemia. She had a poor performance status, bulbar conjunctiva (Mild yellow-stained) andpalpebral conjunctiva (Pale). Her oral cavity showed mild redness in the pharynx redness. splenohepatomegaly(not found), lymphadenopathy(not found). |
