| Past history | Two years ago: The patient underwent a mastectomy of the right breast because of breast cancer (adenocarcinoma). |
| Present history | MitomycinC was administered after a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. Then, 100mg cyclophosphamide was administered orally every three months at the outpatient clinic. Two years later, the patient showed general fatigue, and pathologic promyelocytes were found with hemograms, indicating pancytopenia. The patient was hospitalized due to the possibility of leukemia.
