Past history	Atopic dermatitis(eight months)
Present history	Admitted to our hospital and our department hepatosplenomegaly is increased to eight months a year old, is pointed pancytopenia. Although there is no bleeding spots, eczema may amount, around through both ears, the neck, swollen lymph nodes in the groin admit the left side of the neck and both. Hepatomegaly is about 12cm, the blunt edge is right subcostal, palpable about 15cm below the left hypochondrium. No abnormal facial appearance.
