Chief Complaint Fatigue and anemia.
Past history Nothing particular.
Present history A medical checkup revealed anemia and he visited his family doctor. Pancytopenia was noted and he was followed up. He was referred to this hospital by the family doctor for persistent fatigue.Anemia and thrombopenia were found and hemograms revealed blast cells. He was thereafter hospitalized.
Laboratory findings WBC 5.3×10³/μl(Blast12%)
RBC 2.72×106/μl、Hb 8.2g/dl、
Ht 23.6%、MCV 86.7fl、MCH 30.1pg、MCHC 34.7%、PLT 9.2×104/μl、
NCC 48.2×104/μl、MgK 31.25/μl(Blast12%, Ebl 3/100w)、LDH 887IU/l
