| Present history | 【course】At birth by Caesarean section with fetal distress urgency at a local physician. 38 weeks gestation, 2,686 g birth weight. Poor sucking in 3 days after birth, perianal redness showed hepatosplenomegaly. At this point WBC11,960/μl (7% neutrophils, 72% lymphocytes, 21% monocytes), was CRP20.4mg/dl.
