Past history	nothing particular
Present history	He has visited a nearby clinic for who complained of fever and malaise and blurred vision than two months ago. No abnormality on chest X-ray, swelling of the bowel was noted in CT. Then, he has feel pain and weight loss (with 5kg/month), showed a right hypochondrium discomfort than two weeks ago. Eosinophils was increased with 20% in blood tests. For enlarged lymph nodes showed pleural effusion in the chest X-ray, and abdominal CT was referred to our hospital for blood diseases and parasitic infection is suspected. As a dietary history, was eating raw river crab marinated in soy sauce.
