Present history Loss of appetite was also expected to begin to notice than two weeks before the general malaise. He was referred to our hospital pointed out the anomaly of the hepatobiliary system and thrombocytopenia When he visit a local hospital. There is no anemia in the palpebral conjunctiva, but there is jaundice. Abdominal admit hepatomegaly (6 finger side) to fullness but no splenomegaly. No superficial lymph node swelling. Imaging test:Revealed a tumor lesions of multiple mediastinal, intraperitoneal lymph node enlargement and liver.
