Microscopic findings	Ring sideroblasts show 75% iron staining. International Working Group on the Morphology of MDS determined that ring sideroblasts should have at least 5 granules in a perinucclear distribution.These granules can either surround the entire nucleus, localized in portions of the perinuclear area or cover at least one third of the nuclei. 【Fe.1000x】
