Microscopic findings	There is a blast cell with an Auer rod( arrow), that indicates the cell is a myeloblast, in the erythroid hyperplasia. We believe AML-M6a, becourse 60% of erythroblasts and 30% of myeloblasts. 【MG.1000x】
