Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain acid phosphatase (ACP)
Microscopic findings The blast cells form a cohesion mass that is positive for acid phosphatase staining. The acid phosphatase staining and the appearance of the megakaryocytes in the background indicate that the blast cells seem to have megakaryocyte lineage.
