Microscopic findings |
The blast cells are large, and have abundant basophilic cytoplasm. Some of them have fine granules in their cytoplasm. They seem to be morphologically monocytic cells. They are probably monoblasts, because their nuclei are round and irregular despite the granules in their cytoplasm.
