Stain alkaline phosphatase (ALP)
Microscopic findings The tumor cells exhibited strong positivity in the alkaline phosphatase staining. The marked increase (1,060 IU/1) that was observed in the blood serum alkaline phosphatase (chronic ALP) is believed to be a pathological condition that is evidence of bone formation in which the present tumor cells are active.
