Microscopic findings	Circular conformations (★) that resemble hollowness are observed above and below the collection point. Moreover, the observation of intranuclear vacuoles (→) constitute common findings in cases of adenocarcinoma. The two cells in the 2-o’clock direction are isolated from the clusters and closely resemble peripheral blood cells. 【MG.1000×】
