Microscopic findings |
In the bone marrow, there are 3 atypical cells in a sheet-like cluster, and we can also see basophilic cytoplasms, fine chromatin, quasi-circular nucleoli, and the like, as well as mucus production in the 5-o’clock direction of the 2 cytoplasm in the center. This takes on a mutually exclusive appearance in the 1-o’clock direction, and this is believed to constitute an appearance of compression toward the adjacent cells due to active cell propagation. These findings were recognized as cell aggregations having epithelial bonds.
