Microscopic findings |
In the bone marrow, the atypical cells have a cell diameter of 20 to 30μm and have strong cell tube affinity, and they are expressed in planar sequences. The cytoplasm are thick, and the nuclei have many asymmetries that mainly involve elliptical shapes. The obscuration of the intra nuclear structure is also believed to be caused by degeneration. The method of cleaning puncture devices using saline, such as that used for the present materials, is one option for cases of dry tap, but cellular readings will require preparation for degeneration. Therefore, because of the lack of fixing capacity, the intra nuclear structure in particular often becomes blurred.
