Inside the medullary cavity, which exhibited marked fiberization, several solid alveoli were observed, and single keratinocytes were also observed. The cytoplasm were acidophilic, and there was a somewhat pronounced mutually exclusive appearance, a mutually inclusive appearance, and polynuclear cells.
