Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	The bone marrow was dry tap and the atypical cells exhibited a tendency toward diffuseness, but the individual cells were connected and vertically aligned. Moreover, in the cell population, we were able to verify the appearance of mutual compression in the joining surfaces of adjacent cells. Based on the overall appearance, it comprises epithelial bonds. 【MG.400×】
