There are 6 atypical cells surrounding the erythroblasts (2 cells on the top and bottom of the right side) presenting with narrowing of the cytoplasm and the macrophages in the center. The atypical cells toward the 8- o’clock direction are circular cells that are approximately 30μm in size with eccentric nuclei, and the 2cells located on the right of center are columnar cells with cytoplasmic projections beneath the nuclei running across the left and bottom-left sides. The remaining 3cells are acutely degenerated bare nuclei.
