In the bone marrow biopsy, large and small solid alveoli had filled the medullary cavity, and the bone marrow was aplastic. Tumor cells with abundant polymorphism are closely linked to one part, and another part exhibits moderate affinity and is propagating. There is an abundance of cytoplasm, the nuclei exhibit large and small disparity, and distinct nucleoli and polynuclear enlarged cells can be seen. The intrathecal alveoli involved anucleates and necrosis. There was no glandular cavity formation, as is observed in cases of adenocarcinoma, or afferent differentiation, as is observed in cases of epidermoid cancer, and histologically pathognomonic findings were scarce.
