Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	The bone marrow was dry tap, but atypical cells with affinity occasionally appeared. In the center, atypical cells with a cell diameter of 30μm, eccentric nuclei, and elliptical cell nucleus can be observed. These were sheet-like and exhibited affinity, and based on the indistinct size variation in the cell nucleus findings, they are believed to be metastases of carcinoma with a tendency toward differentiation. 【MG.400x】
