The chromatin of the atypical cells with affinity is delicate, and despite the indistinctness of the blue-dyed nucleoli, two or three of these have been observed. The nuclei shapes are polymorphic, including fusiform shapes, and the cytoplasm also involve caudation. Therefore, we believe that they are derived from cells from the original squamous epithelium or the transitional epithelium.
