These are bladder primary lesion tissues from a transurethral resection that was performed approximately half a year earlier. The disarray of the cellular sequences is not significant, but the cell layer has thickened, and we can see variations in cell size, an increase in the amount of chromatin, images of nuclear division, and the like.
