In the hypoplastic appearance, uniform small cells appear to be solitary and diffuse. At a glance, these give the false impression of blastoids, but based on the fact that there is no window between the cells, they appear to be epithelial bonds. Based on the presence of polygonal nuclei and a closely knit wood-grain arrangement of cells, we believe that it is a metastatic tumor.
