Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The prolymphocytes of 68% have irregular nuclei
and a prominent nucleolus.These prolymphocytes
strongly express surface IgM+IgD as well as
B-cell antigens(CD19,CD20,CD22 and FMC7).
We believed that they are B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia.
