Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Bone marrow smears markedly increased large, round shape of binuclear and mono-round shape in megakaryocytes. This case diagnosed essential thrombocythemia because of continuity of thrombocytosis,marked increased megakaryocytes. Also there is no basic disease,ph chromosome negative. 【MG.1000×】
