Materials peripheral blood(PB)
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The large lymphoid cells showed with from 30μm to 40μm. There are irregular nucei and rough chromatin with dense basophilia in cytopasm.
We believe abnormal lymphocytes in morphological findings.
