Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The large lymphoid cells show irregular nuclei and marked nucleoli one part of cells .This case is recurrence of primary cutaneous lymphoma and diagnosed leukemic stage of primary cutaneous CD30-positive anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma.
