Microscopic findings	In the normal leukocyte(8,900/μl),lymohocytes comprised 87%(7,743/μl). There are intermediate cells in size and LGL cells comprised 68%(6,052/μl)with round shape nuclei,coarse granules in cytoplasm. 【MG.1000x】
