Materials peripheral blood(PB)
Stain β-glucuronidase (β-GL)
Microscopic findings LGL cells show diffuse positive for β-glucuronidase staing. This case diagnosed chronic lymphoproliferative disorder of NK-cells because of CD2+,CD56+,CD3- in surface marker.
