Microscopic findings	Immature histiocytes were weakly positive for PO staining.【PO.1000x】 Although this case was negative for EB virus antibodies, was diagnosed with infection-associated hemophagocytic syndrome than the increase of cells and hemophagocytic histiocytes.In addition, was associated with sepsis.
