Microscopic findings	Those having bi-nuclei as part of the erythroblasts were observed in the bone marrow. This case was diagnosed with sepsis due to pneumonia fever, increase in heart rate, decrease in PaCO2, than the increase in the number of leukocytes.【MG.1000x】
