Microscopic findings	Eosinophils in peripheral blood was observed morphological abnormalities of the nuclear ring form. This case was a point-dietary history,high levels of IgE and eosinophilia. Also, was acknowledge the ground-glass shadow in the right middle lobe of lung by Thoracoabdominal CT, has been diagnosed Paragonimus westermanii from immune antibody test. 【MG.1000x】
