Stain	EST double staining
Microscopic findings	Blastoid cells were negative to butyrate in EST double staining of bone marrow. This case was diagnosed as blasts plasmacytoid dendritic cell tumor than that blastoid cells infiltrate the skin and bone marrow, high rate of expression was seen in CD123 and CD4, CDCD56 immune marker. 【EST-double.600x】
