Microscopic findings	Tumor cells were negative for PO staining, PAS staining, EST staining in the bone marrow. This case showed a abdominal tumor, tumor cells of proliferation in the bone marrow was diagnosed as small cell carcinoma metastatic from that of cytokeratin AE1/AE3 was positive in immunostaining. 【PO.1000x】
