Microscopic findings	In the norml leukocyte,the blast comprised 17%. The blast cells have rough chromatin and nucleoli with a high nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio. Also they have a round nuclei with strongly basophilic cytoplasm. 【MG.1000x】
