There were 8 points of cell clusters exhibiting a marked burden. By closely observing parts with a burden toward the left of center, we can see epithelial bonds at certain parts. These are composed of columnar cells (→) having quasi-circular nuclei on one end, and because cellular sequences (▲) indicating derivation from the gland duct can be seen, we believe that these are clusters of highly differentiated adenocarcinoma cells.
