Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain iron-prusian blue (I-PB)
Microscopic findings Pappenheimer body(arrow) was positive for iron staining. This case has been diagnosed with sideroblastic anemia due to deficiency VB6 also low levels of pyridoxine from the proof of ringed sideroblasts and trends of anemia and iron metabolism biphasic. 【Fe.1000×】
