Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The blast cells (arrow) show large and have low a nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio with rough reticular chromatin and distinct nucleoli. The blast cells in the lower left and lower right have granules in the cytoplasm.
