| Past history | Nothing particular. |
| Present history | He visited the family doctor due to general fatigue and exertional breathlessness. Leukocytosis and thrombopenia were noted and he was referred here. He showed 8% of blast with Leukocytosis (39,770/μl) and he was hospitalized for further tests . lymphadenopathy(not found), splenohepatomegaly(found). He showed a normal karyotype. After about three months following admission, blood macrophages were noticeable in the bone marrow, and a karyotypic abnormality at t(8;19) and other structural aberrations were found in the chromosomes. |
