Chief Complaint Cardiac palpitation and anemia.
Past history Nothing particular.
Present history He was visited the family doctor with cardiac palpitation. A blood test revealed anemia and blast-like cells. He was admitted to the hospital with a suspicion of leukemia.

NCC 16.1×104//μl、MgK 200/μl(Blast50%)、LD 2,100IU/l、CRP 2.25mg/dl
