Chief Complaint Purple spots of the ambilateral lower limbs.
Past history Inguinal hernia operation at the age of 5.
Present history Three months previously, anorexia and purple spots were found on the lower limbs.
The patient visited his family doctor due to mild vertigo and pharyngalgia. Leukocytosis (12,290/μl) and thrombopenia (52,000/μl) were found and hemodyscrasia was suspected. She was referred here and hospitalized. Purple spots were found on the front of both lower limbs with malleolus medialis in the skin of his left lower limb. No petechia was found in the cavitas oris, and no pharyngeal redness, gingival swelling, or ambilateral cervical adenopathy (3cm) were found.
Hepatoma(3cm), Splenomegaly(1cm).
