Chief Complaint Fever onset and general fatigue.
Past history Nothing particular.
Present history The patient had a fever and fatigue. Anemia and a significant increase of Leukocytes were noted and blast cells were found in the peripheral blood. He was hospitalized immediately.
Laboratory findings WBC 151.1×10³/μl(Blast95%)、
RBC 2.86×106/μl、Hb 8.9g/dl、
Ht 26.1%、PLT 22.5×104/μl
MCV 91.3fl、MCH 31.1pg、MCHC 34.0%、
NCC 48.5×104/μl、MgK 0/μl(Blast98%)、LD 1,875IU/l
