Present history	He complained of lumbago and a bone-marrow aspiration revealed 20% phagocytes. X ray images revealed damage in the left ischium and the right thighbone and a bone scintigram revealed abnormal uptake in the torso. splenohepatomegaly(not found), lymphadenopathy (not found).
