Past history Nothing particular.
Present history The patient had a poor complextion one month earlier, then showed blurred vision. She was referred to this hospital.
A fundal hemorrhage was found. A blood test revealed pancytopenia and she was hospitalized immediately.
splenohepatomegaly(not found), lymphadenopathy(not found), DIC(not found).
