Chief Complaint Fever onset and leukocytosis.
Past history Nothing particular.
Present history The patient had had a fever for two weeks.
She had gingival swelling. Blast cells were found with leukocytosis and was admitted to this hospital.
Gingival swelling, hepatomegaly, lymphadenopathy. DIC(not found).
Laboratory findings WBC 169.5×10³/μl (Blast95%, Mo5%)
RBC 3.12×106/μl、Hb 10.8g/dl、
Ht 31.5%、PLT 9.2×104/μl
MCV 100fl、MCH 34.6pg、MCHC 34.2%、
NCC 32.8×104/μl、MgK 0/μl (Blast90%)
LD 1,135IU/l
