Chief Complaint	Lumbago.
Past history	Cystoscopy revealed a non-papillary bladder tumor associated with abdominal pain and hematuria TUR-BT yielded a histological diagnosis of non-invasive transitional cell carcinoma (grade2).
Present history	The bone marrow examination was performed six months after TUR-BT, because of strong lumbago probably due to bone metastasis of the cancer.
